• Although a native of North Dakota, Eric was raised in Rapid City and graduated from Central High school.

• Eric and his three children enjoy an active lifestyle.. Dance, camping, Little League baseball and various school activities keep this family very active in our community.

• Additional free time is often spent fishing with his father Richard Hatzenbuhler. Richard is well known in the area due to his activity with Post 22 baseball. Richard is also a school bus driver for the Rapid City school district and is a retired letter carrier.

• Eric brings a unique insight into his role with Superior Siding, as he spent several years as a lead fabricator of vinyl windows and glass packages. Eric’s depth of knowledge regarding energy efficiency is truly outstanding.

• Since joining the Superior Siding team, Eric has been instrumental in developing outstanding partnerships with new construction contractors, and Homeowners. Eric has 5 years of hands-on experience working directly with insurance carriers to ensure all clients are treated fairly. Erics clients are always appreciative of the fantastic service he provides while making every effort to meet their needs.

• Chad continues to enjoy music to this day taking every opportunity to go see his favorite bands and mark them off his list. Chad enjoys going to concerts and traveling the country and world with his family. He has 2 daughters and 1 son, and an amazing granddaughter Stormi.

• Chad and his son Brady have been marking off their lists with the new 7 wonders of the world, having seen 2 of them so far, they plan on seeing all 7 in the next coming years. Chad loves going on road trips in his old school Volkswagen Busses, taking his daughters all over the United States and into Canada and Mexico. His Granddaughter Stormi loves his Volkswagens more than anyone else we know, and she is very excited to continue to take more road trips with her Grandpa Chad when she gets a little older.

• Chad started Superior Siding in 1999 having multiple years of siding experience before starting this, Company. His idea was that he no longer wanted to travel doing siding where he could find work, as first daughter Danielle was just entering Elementary school and he wanted to be closer to her, This ended up creating the company we know and love today bring thousands of homeowners the family oriented and local business, that outshines all the rest with our experience, dedication, professionalism while staying personable.

• Born in Rapid City’s Regional Hospital in 1995, Jason grew up in the Black Hills as an avid athlete and outdoorsman – participating in several sports and school programs. He began wrestling in AAU wrestling in 1999 and continued the sport until High School.

• Jason now lives a modest lifestyle alongside his wife, Trinh, daughter, Bella, and two handsome Irish-Twin sons, Greyson and Azure, all while trying to be the best father he can be. His goal is to be the best mentor for his 3 children; leading them to achieve their
dreams through great education, planning, and calculated strategy.

• Jason has worked with Superior Siding since Summer of 2016 and has had several years experience in the field as a Superior Siding gutter crew supervisor prior to entering the sales team of the company in 2019. This experience undoubtedly aids with his ability to provide outstanding customer service and continued excellence within the company and community.

Office Manager 

• NaCole Bezpaletz has been with Superior Siding since 2012. If you’ve been to the west side location, you’ve likely met her! She serves as the dedicated office manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly. NaCole plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations, contributing to the success of the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Born in Mitchell, SD, NaCole moved frequently before settling in Rapid City in the 6th grade, which she proudly calls home. As the oldest sibling with five younger brothers, NaCole developed strong leadership and organizational skills early on. NaCole is fortunate enough to have two men in her life that she calls dad and whom she loves greatly. With all these men in her life it is no wonder she fits so well in the construction setting.  Since graduating from Stevens High School, she has built extensive experience working in an office setting and refining her organizational and administrative skills.

• Outside of work, NaCole is passionate about running, gardening, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys traveling and experiencing great food with her significant other. Aside from the journey itself, one of her favorite parts of their travels is getting the opportunity to run in all the different places they go. NaCole adores her niece and nephew and loves every minute she gets to spend with them. She is also active in the community, encouraging others to embrace a healthy lifestyle through her example and involvement.

• Brady was Born and raised in Rapid City South Dakota. Attending Canyon Lake Elementary School, West Middle School, and Stevens High School. Brady Participated in Football, Basketball and Baseball growing up. Brady also enjoys sport shooting, spending time with his family, traveling the world and going to concerts.

• Brady has traveled to places such as Mexico, Canada, Japan, Guam, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica & Belize. After graduation in 2022, Brady and his father Chad traveled to Europe and drove from Berlin Germany to Rome Italy. They love to go to concerts together, seeing bands like Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Lynard Skynyrd and Def Leppard.

• Brady has been working with Superior Siding since the Summer of 2016. Beginning installing gutters during the summer months until 2020. In 2020 Brady transitioned over to door-to-door sales for the summertime. In 2022 when Brady graduated, he moved over to full time sales and customer service. Brady now takes care of the Superior Siding Service Department doing repairs and handling Warranty items. This position allows him to learn more every day about every aspect of the exterior of your home and bring the homeowner the best knowledge and information possible.

Kip joined Superior Siding Inc. in the summer of 2023 and leads the gutter division at Superior Siding with expertise and enthusiasm.

  • Hometown Roots: A native of Rapid City, South Dakota, Kip has deep ties to the Black Hills area. His love for the region is evident in his commitment to providing top-quality service to our local community.
  • Passionate About the Outdoors: In his free time, Kip is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys golf, pickleball, and the natural beauty of the Black Hills. He also cherishes time spent with his twin boys, Dylan and Caden, who share his love for outdoor adventures. They enjoy exploring the great outdoors, camping, fishing, and hitting the trails on four-wheelers. Dylan and Caden are also learning tennis and golf, adding to their fun-filled activities.
  • Educational & Professional Background: Kip graduated from Stevens High School in 2004 and pursued higher education at Mitchell Technical Institute, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in applied science, specializing in Satellite Communications. His strong foundation in technical skills and problem-solving has been a tremendous asset in his role with us.
  • Family Values & Work Ethic: Growing up, Kip learned the importance of dedication and hard work from his parents. His mother Vicki Mclain served as a secretary at Canyon Lake Elementary for 24 years, while his father Terry Stoltz dedicated 42 years to GCC, formerly known as Dakota Cement Plant. Kip embodies these values in his approach to every project, ensuring the highest level of
    craftsmanship and customer service.
  • Expert in Gutter Services: With a long history in the construction industry, Kip’s deep understanding of his craft and commitment to excellence make him the perfect leader for our gutter division. He’s dedicated to ensuring that your gutters not only function flawlessly but also complement your home’s aesthetics.

• A native of South Dakota, Mason has been a part of the Rapid City community for 29 years.

• While recently starting a family of his own in 2020, Mason enjoys all things sports, outdoors and family orientated. Mason and his family love to cook, eat and relax together. Dinner with his family is the highlight of his day for sure.

• Mason has been a part of the Superior Siding team for nearly 5 years now. Starting as a gutter installer, he quickly moved on to becoming foreman and eventually growing out of the foreman position. Mason then advanced to our Gutter Expert in sales and service. Mason then moved even further with company by working alongside the window crew for some time, Then eventually taking over the project manger positions. Where he is currently breaking the barrier & surpassing expectations. Mason is a leader & very team orientated; this makes him an excellent fit for our Superior Siding team.

• Dillon Rempfer was born and raised in Rapid City, South Dakota, where he cultivated a deep appreciation for the natural beauty surrounding him. From an early age, he attended Black Hawk Elementary School, followed by West Middle School, and ultimately graduated from Stevens High School. Throughout his school years, Dillon was an active participant in sports,. His dedication and passion for athletics not only shaped his character but also fostered lifelong friendships and memories.

• Outside of sports, Dillon is an adventurous soul who thrives in the great outdoors. He loves camping under the starry South Dakota skies, where he can unwind and connect with nature. Whether he’s dirt biking along rugged trails or snowboarding down the slopes, Dillon embraces every opportunity for adventure. He often gathers his friends for thrilling outings, whether it’s a weekend camping trip or a day on the mountain.

• Dillon has been working with Superior Siding since the summer of 2023, where he was brought on as the head of our canvassing department. In this role, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, driving initiatives that have significantly increased our outreach and engagement in the community. His ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs has proven invaluable, helping to establish lasting relationships.

Jessica McKenna

• Jessica grew up in Rapid City, a place that means a lot to her, especially being close to family. Jessica loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, traveling, and going to concerts.

• Jessica started working at Superior Siding in early 2023, where she focuses on customer service. She handles answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers in the

company’s mall showroom. In addition to her customer service role, she manages the company’s social media, sharing work and staying connected with the community. Her goal is to ensure homeowners feel confident and supported throughout the entire process.

• Family is everything to Jessica. Her mom, Cindy McKenna, her father David McKenna, and her two sisters, Kodi McKenna and Christina Gabrielson, all live in Rapid City with their families. In January 2024, Jessica and Todd Cleveringa welcomed their baby boy, a joyful addition to their family. Jessica’s 8-year-old stepson is active in wrestling, football, motocross, and baseball, keeping their weekends full of fun and activity. She also has two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a German Shorthaired Pointer. When she’s not working, Jessica loves spending time with family, camping, and watching football.

Irene Walters

Bookkeeper

• Irene joined the Superior Siding team as a Bookkeeper this summer, after relocating here with her husband Perry in March. Perry and Irene fell in love with the area 20 years ago and it was a dream to move here.  After their son, daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren moved to Rapid City, the dream became reality.  They also have three other children in different parts of the country and three grandchildren in Idaho.

• Irene has 40 years of experience in the industry including over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping directly related to construction.  In her off-time, Irene enjoys being with family, camping, car shows, reading, and church.  Her favorite activity is spoiling grandchildren and she takes that very seriously.  Irene also has a 5-pound Yorkshire Terrier named Clara.  Clara gets spoiled too.

• Irene’s future goals are to build a blessed and rich life in Rapid City.  This includes being an asset to Superior Siding, being involved at church, and enjoying the Black Hills with her husband, family, and friends.
