Called Superior Siding and got a VERY PLEASANT Young lady on the phone who took my information and my request and told me I would be contacted. Brady, initialized the contact and I filled out the information and supplied him photographs he had asked for. Before the end of the day Brady had sent a Field Estimator out to look at, take pictures, measure and match colors needed ( sorry I forgot his name-very pleasant and professional). Brady got back with me the next day with an Estimate and we scheduled work to be done. They were out a ways as they were busy ( I can see why). Brady contacted me and confirmed date and time. Jesse, was the Installer assigned to replace my garage wraps and weather stripping. They were rotter/rusted from road salts draining out of the garages from vehicles in winter. Jesse, contacted me each time on arrival, leaving and completion. Jesse did a SUPER DETAILED job on replacement and installation!! I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUPERIOR SIDING for their Quality of work and how THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! From initial contact, to passed information, inspection and Estimate to completed work EVERY I was dotted and T’s crossed. I knew where things were at every step of the way…. No guessing. We recently had Gage and Todd from Superior Siding complete a three-week project at our home that included both stonework and siding installation, and we could not be happier with the results. From day one, they were professional, reliable, and consistently on time. They took great pride in their work, kept the job site clean, and made sure everything was picked up and organized at the end of each day. What impressed us most was that they did exactly what they said they would do, with no surprises along the way. Their craftsmanship was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was done right. Just as importantly, they were a pleasure to have around and made a lengthy construction project as stress-free as possible. We would hire Gage and Todd again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality siding or stonework. Technician arrived to repair Hardy Plank cement board siding that was damaged during the December 18, 2025 wind storm. He was prepared for the repair, completed the task promptly, cleaned up after himself leaving nothing behind. Superior Siding and Roofing  replaced our roof, gutters and fascia due to a hail storm last summer.  They really worked hard t get our insurance to authorize a full roof replacement. They have communicated every step of the process and their work has been exceptional. Hopefully I won’t need them in the near future but will definitely use the again!

Superior Siding did a great job on our new windows. We are very happy with the results and enjoy the extra light and added efficiency that the windows bring to our home. Kelly the installation technician did a great job. He workrd very professionally and cleaned up everything after the job was complete. This is the second project I've had Superior Siding do for us. I would highly recommend Superior Siding. A portion of my home faces North and receives the brunt of the forceful winds. Superior has always done an excellent job doing the repairs paired with top notch communication, fair pricing, friendly office staff ( Brady, Addison and NaCole) and on the last visit, Luke and Jesse were very professional and completed the work quickly and effectively. 2026:  Superior Siding continues to do excellent work, and are the first people I call for anything related to windows, siding or gutter cleaning.  Addison Is now my contact point for questions and scheduling which speeds up the process when I have work that needs to be done.  She has been very helpful with scheduling, and she does an excellent job with following up afterwards. 2023:  Gutter cleaning:  at a different residence than the one where I was residing when writing previous reviews, Superior Siding again went above and beyond what was needed when they called several areas that needed to be repaired to my attention. The information they supplied was very helpful, and the fact that they took extra  time to take pictures to verify what was needed was greatly appreciated as well.   The technicians who perform the work are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are definitely a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter cleaning. 2021 Stone siding:  After having such a wonderful experience with the gutter replacement from Superior Siding, I contacted them to see if they also were able to install stone facing on the lower part of our house.  Again, the estimate process went smoothly and efficiently with a detailed explanation of the process, materials used, and cost.  The individuals (Shawn, Project Manager; Sheldon and Mason) who installed the stone are masterful stonemasons who are also skilled professionals.  The cutting and placement of the stone is an intricate and painstaking process, and the end result is a testament to impeccable and adept workmanship.  The entire operation took several days, and at no time did they seem hurried nor did they take any short-cuts.  We are so pleased with the end result, and especially so when our neighbors all compliment us on how good the house looks.  Actually, Superior Siding and their people deserve all the credit.  I highly recommend this department in the Superior Siding Company 2020 Gutters:  From the beginning to the end of the time working with this company when they replaced our gutters after a roofing job, I was extremely pleased.  At the time of the estimate, Jason M. was pleasant and professional; he took the time to sit down and explain different aspects of contract, and he patiently answered any questions I had.  Likewise when the workers came to do the actual work; they went quickly and efficiently about getting the job done, and they did quality work.  At the end, they cleaned up all their materials to the point, it looked like they weren't even here.  They also reassured me that if any problems arose, they would be happy to return to address that issue.  Great customer service and professionalism.
